Cooking Instructions

1. Wash and clean the gamberoni. In a skillet, heat 1 tbsp olive oil over medium-high heat. Add 2 cloves of garlic and a cube 2x2 cm of butter. Add gamberoni and a pinch of salt and pepper. Cook for about 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and opaque. Remove and let them cool slightly. 2. Prepare the salad base: In a large bowl, combine spinach, lettuce, and strawberries. Add nuts or cheese if using. 3. Make the dressing: In a blender bowl, put together 1 tbsp olive oil, juice from one lemon, 50 gr. strawberry,salt, and pepper. Blend them until smooth.. 4. Assemble the salad: Toss the salad base lightly with the dressing. Plate it, then top with the warm gamberoni 5. Garnish & serve: Drizzle with a bit more balsamic glaze if desired. Serve immediately.
