Cooking Instructions
1. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
Put them in vacuum bag and set the suvid to
61Sc for 1.40 min
2. Put salted water to boil
3. Wash and cut the leak to thin half moors
4. Add the leak and saute until soft
5. Put the gnocchi in the boiling water. Cook until
all gnocchi flow on the surface
6. Put one tbsp of polenta in small pan and fry it
on a low heat for 2 min steering constantly
7. Add butter. Lower the heat to low and let it
saute for 5-6 min
8. Transfer the cooked gnocchi in the pan With the
softened leak. Add some of the cook I
for few minutes. add few cubes of butter
9. On the-high heat, brown the cooked pork
chops for 2-3 min.
10. Wash the green salad-lettuce, radish and
spring onions. Thinly cut the radish and spring
onions.
11. Make the dressing: lemon juice from half a lemon, cold
pressed sunflower oil, poppy seeds. Cut the lettuce and
add it to the bowl with radish and spring onion. Salt it, add
the dressing and mix all.
