Cooking Instructions
1. Mash red beans in a medium bowl with a fork until thick and pasty.
2. Finely chop bell pepper, onion, and garlic in a food processor. Stir chopped vegetables together with choped parsley and lemon zest into mashed beans.
3. Stir together egg, paprika powder, cumin, and chili sauce in a small bowl. Add to the mashed beans and stir to combine. Mix in bread crumbs until the mixture is sticky and holds together.
4. Add 1 tsp salt and 1/2tsp black pepper
5. Divide the mixture into four to 6 patties and place on the prepared foil.
6. Grill on a grill pan on medium heat for about 8 minutes on each side.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
