Cooking Instructions
1.Cut, celery , cucumber ( remove the seeds part), apple on 1,5 cm pieces. Put them in a bowl.
2. In the same bowl put baby spinach.
3. In skillet on medium high heat toast the pumpkin and sunflower seeds. for 4-6 min. Let them cool.
4. In smaller bowl mix 1 tea spoon mustard , 1/2 tea spoon salt, 1/2 tea spoon honey, juice from 1/2 ( one smaller) lemon .ts soy sauce, pepper
Mix well
5. Pour the dressing in the salad. Mix well.
6. Add seeds
