Cooking Instructions

1. Shred about 20 to 30 g of cheese (Emmentaler works great). 2. Spread the cheese evenly on the bottom of a non-stick pan. Cook on low heat for 7–8 minutes, until the bottom starts to brown and become crusty. 3. Add your toppings. We used a small amount of tomato sauce, pepperoni (kулен), white cheese, and shredded roasted peppers. 4. Cover the pan with a lid and cook for an additional 3–4 minutes, until the toppings warm and the cheese crust firms up. 5. Remove the lid and let it rest for 5 minutes. 6. Top with a few fresh rocket leaves and enjoy. Bon appétit!
