1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using matejcho, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Account Terms

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
  • You may register and sign in using your Google account; the security of that Google account remains your responsibility.
  • One person may not maintain more than one account.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create on matejcho, including notes, posts, code snippets and tasks.:

  • You grant matejcho a license to use, store, and display your content solely for providing the service to you.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
  • You may export or delete your content at any time through your account settings.
  • When you share an item, the people or audience you chose can see it; content you make public can be seen by anyone, including search engines.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws.
  • Upload harmful, offensive, or misleading content.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' accounts.
  • Use automated systems to scrape or extract data from the service.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers.

5. Service Availability

  • We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
  • We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability.
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not responsible for missed reminders or notifications caused by your device, browser or email provider.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service, if any.

7. Account Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
  • Deleted accounts enter a 30-day grace period before permanent deletion.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
  • Upon termination, you may request an export of your data.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of North Macedonia. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Skopje.
