Инструкции за готвење
1. Clean the stripes of the beef liver from fluke and veins and all the hard chewing staff.. Cut the stripes of the liver to bite size peaces and put the them i the bowl. Mix them with two tea spoons of white vinegar and one table spoon olive oil. Leave them fo marinate for 30 min.
2. Cut one medium siize yellow onion to stripes. Cut one red bell pepper to small stripes.
3. Fry the onion and pepper on the low medium heat for 20 min. or until the onion strips are brown in color.
3. Put the liver cubes in the same pan. Raise the heat to medium high for 10 min. Stir frequently. After 10 min. lower the heat back to medium low. Put the lid on the frying pan and leave it for 30 min. with occasional stir.
4. lMix a tea spoon of mix vegetable spice( like Vegeta), 1/2 tea spoon salt, 1/2 tea spoon peper, 1/2 tea spoon dried garlic and 1/2 spoon dried hot paprika. Optionally put also 1 tabele spoon of soy sauce and 1/4 tea spoon of Worcester sauce. Stir and fry for 5 min.
5. Turn off the heat and spice it with 1/2 hand of cut parsley.
