Инструкции за готвење
1. Cut the pork meat to half or bait sizes. Put salt liberally and leave it for some time while preparing other ingredients.
2. Clean and dice one onion and cut to small rounds one (or two thinner) stroke of leak. Saute them in a bigger skillet.
3. While this is on, clean, cat to round peases, 3-4 milimetara thick. Put sam salt on them and leave them fo 10 min.
4. At this time and put the frozen okras in the skillet.
5. Put another skillet with 1 tsp of oil on high medium heat. Dry the eggplant circles and start frying them until they have dark, brown spots on them. The eggplant will soak the oil so with each round of eggplant circles add a tsp of oil. Put the fried ones on kitchen paper to be dried from the execess oil.
6. Squize 2 cloves of garlic in the skillet with okras , saute for 30 sec and add the pork dices in. Saute for 20 min. on medium heat.
7. Open a can of pomodori tomatoes, cut them on half and together with the tomato sauce put the in the skillet with meat and okras. Put some warm water in the can, shake a bit and pour it in the skillet. Put a lid on a cook for 15 min.
8. Take appropriate baking pot (28 to 30 cm diameter will do). Lay the eggplant circles on the bottom of the pot. After that pour the content of the skillet with the meat and okras. Spread evenly. Cover with the rest of the eggplant circles. Put the lid on and put it in the preheated oven on 180 C. Bake for 60 min. After 40 min take of the lid.
