Cooking Instructions
Wash the liver and rain it for few min..
Cut the spring onions.
Put the skillet wit olive oil and butter on medium heat. Add spring onions.
After 5-6 min or when rhe spring onions are soft add one minced clove of garlic and 1 table spoon of dry paprika flakes.
After 30 - 50 sec. Add the liver.
Cook 20 min or util the liver is dark brown.
In smal bowl mix together 1/2 of a hand of parsley, 1 tea spoon of mustard, lemon juice from 1/2 of a lemon, 3 spoons extra virgin olive oil, salt pepper and ground garlic. Mix well. Use it as a sauce.
