Cooking Instructions

If you find deboned thighs you could skip this step. I had chicken leg - drumstick and thigh together, so I start with deboning two chicken legs. 2. Season the meat with salt, black pepper, ground paprika, curry spice and if you like cumin. Leave them for 15 min. 3. Clean - wash the spinach. 4. On medium high heat fry the meat in mix of 1 tbs sunflower oil and 20 gr of butter. First fry th meat side for 7 min. than skin side for 5 min. or until the skin become crispy. 5 Take the meat aside and in the same pot put the spinach. Fry until all the leaves are softened (4-5 min). 6. Put 250 mil. of cooking cream and cook them together for 2-3 min. Add 30 gr of grinded parmesan cheese. Cook for 1 min and add back the meat and (optionally 4-5 pieces of dried tomatoes in oil). Cook for 2 min. Bon appetit
